Welcome back students!

Spring semester 2008 is off to a good start. Weekend classes began on Saturday and weekday classes started today. Students are back in the classrooms in Caudill Hall, which is really nice to see considering what we went through with the tornado. This is a picture we took today and the one below is the same classroom after the April 7, 2006 tornado. Quite a difference! A special thanks to the construction crews for all of their hard work and our own maintenance and facility staff for getting it ready for classes. All classes marked Caudill will now be held again in Caudill. The modular classrooms that were over by the Art Building are no longer being used. Faculty from the Social Science and Education Division are still located in the Pickel Building. We expect that they will move some time in the next month. The auditorium in Caudill is still undergoing some more renovations. When it's done it will be even better than before, with new dressing rooms, lighting grids and seating. We expect the work to be finished later this spring.

We hope everyone has a great spring semester!
