New Student Guide – Where to eat?

In five days, Volunteer State Community College will burst to life with the start of the academic year with new and returning students.

Over the next few weeks, I will be posting guides for new students to try and help out brand new freshman find their way around Vol State, where to eat, what to do, and how to get involved with any of the clubs on campus.

This week, here's a look at where to go to grab a bite to eat around Vol State.

The cafeteria in the Wood Campus Center offers a decent selection of deli sandwiches, pizza, salads, and menu of food that can be cooked to order. When that isn’t enough, there are plenty of restaurants conveniently located within a mile from campus.

A few offer Wi-Fi (ones with the asterisk [*] beside their names), and some offer discounts to Vol State student and employees. You just need to show your Vol State I-D.
