Take Rock and roll, food, fun, and add a little sunshine, and you have the makings of a pretty good summer day. Vol State is offering all of that and hands-on help for students interested in registering for Fall Classes. “Registration Rocks” is a chance for people considering college to visit the campus and explore what the school has to offer. The outdoor event will be held on June 10.
The rock band The Lincoln County Process will perform outside on the plaza and Subway Subs will be provided for the first 500 people.
“June 10 is the date when fall registration is open to everyone, so we wanted to have some fun and help people get started,” Melcher said. “If you’re ready to register or even just considering college this will be a good way to get going.”
“Registration Rocks” will be held on Wednesday, June 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Vol State campus at 1480 Nashville Pike in Gallatin. It is free and open to the public. For more information call 615-230-3570
